Took up the opportunity 3 weeks ago that frequent visits to mum 94 provides of going over the causeway from the side of Weymouth to the isle of Portland, to join https://learningstone.org/ psqt, and indulge in a creative act with a difference. Chipping away at hard stone, as i have done on a on previous occasions but this time creating my 1st 3D piece.
What was to emerge? as I worked with the stone the from kept changing Dragon, Griffin, Falling Bird? Perhaps the latter resonates with the threat of Climate Change
