I am currently exhibiting two pieces of print work in the Round Tower at the Black Swan for the Frome Arts Society exhibition. This piece is called The Falling Bird and represents the plight of creation and the loss of species. I am stewarding on Saturday 9th December in the morning if you fancy popping in.
44AD Christmas Show - 15-22/12/23
The work I am showing is a collage of what was happening in my house with the kitchen being refurbished and the old one being trashed on the front lawn with a pumpkin growing alongside it; again signifying the reslilience of nature!
I am also planning to exhibit elsewhere in the new year, particularly the Frome Open Studios in July; doing a painting course with Lynn Keddie, which is improving my use of paint. Images will follow in due course and working on collagraph prints which are made from collage; again images to follow...
